Blake Jumper - Managing Director
As Managing Director, Blake oversees the strategic planning of Tailwater and manages all of its development activities. These responsibilities include site acquisition, deal structuring, underwriting and all other components until projects are under stable operation. For 10 years, Blake has worked in the affordable housing space and has successfully developed projects in California, Idaho and Montana. Prior to founding Tailwater, he worked as a development manager for two non-profit affordable housing developers. Blake earned his undergraduate degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. In his free time, you will find him fly fishing or spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and three kids.
